Our names are Cliff & Gaye from Waiheke Island, Auckland, New Zealand. Before visiting Bali we had heard from many past visitors that Bali was the place to get your eyes tested and buy glasses. Not just because of the cheaper price we would pay in New Zealand but the quality of the service and product. We were sceptical about these comments to say the least but decided to give it a try. We were referred to Harisha Optical by one of the staff members of a resort we were staying at and visited the shop early on during our stay. The actual test took only a few minutes by Dedy who runs the shop but took longer for us to make up our minds selecting the frames because of the huge selection of quality frames. Even Oakley was there to choose from. Between the two of us we ordered six pairs understanding full well if the test was wrong we had wasted our money. From previous bad experiences in NZ with optical tests this was justified. Anyway out came the credit card, paid for the goods, and were reassured by Dedy they would be delivered to our resort before leaving.
On our last day, as promised they were delivered to us. Now the moment of truth as we tried them on. All i can say is WOW!! With the distance glasses i was suddenly seeing the environment as i did when i was a kid. With another pair the text on my computer screen suddenly jumped out at me sharp and clear. I was starting to realise that i was looking through very high quality glass. As a photographer i certainly understand the importance of great glass. The best lenses rely on it.
As we go thru life we will never have our glasses made by anyone else but Harisha Optical in Bali. Thank you so much Dedy and team. A wonderful and refreshing experience. http://www.villapacifica.co.nz

My name is Margaret and I live in Melbourne, Australia. I have been a client of Harisha, Kuta for a number of years now. Up till now I have never taken the opportunity to let you know how happy I am with the service I receive in the shop.
These days I know that people are always willing to complain about poor service, but it is not often that they compliment businesses on excellent service. I would like to do that now.
I would like to let you know also that I have mentioned Harisha, Kuta to a number of my friends from Melbourne. They have also visited Harisha at various times, and they too, have been very impressed with the service and care they have received from the staff.
When I first visited Harisha, several years ago, on the recommendation of a local driver, I met Dedy. Usually I see him when I visit Harisha. Everytime I have been to Harisha, Dedy has taken a lot of trouble to tell me about developments in optical technology that have become available since my last visit and how I might make use of them. Dedy is also very helpful because he clearly explains the cost to me. This is very important to me as I like to be able to buy the best product for my eye care.
I have told Dedy how that here in Australia it is very difficult to find a high standard of service in optical services. I am not sure that he really belives me. Compared with what I have found available in Melbourne, the high quality of Harisha's service is excellent. Here, mostly the optical services want to sell the client an expensive pair of frames, and don't worry too much about whether the lens are suitable, or even suit the clients' needs.
This is in complete contrast to Dedy and the staff in Harisha, Kuta. They take the care to check the client's prescription and to provide clear advice on what might be the best solution to the client's optical needs. I thought it would be nice to let you know this.
Thank you for chosing such excellent staff and for making available a shop with a very high standard of service. It is always a pleasure to visit Harisha.
