Currently, many brands spectacle lenses circulating in the market. Because the public can not distinguish the original lens and the immitations, many optical shop conduct of fraud in selling spectacle lens. To ensure your lenses is officially guarantee and original you can do:
1. Ask the lens Lab's that lens offered. Until the year 2009 there are 9 lab international brand lenses sold in Indonesia. More information about lens Lab click here
2. Make sure that the pricelist is original from the official Lab’s (not a photocopy).
3. When you pick up the glasses, ask for the authorized warranty card to prove the authenticity of the lens and the official warranty.
4. Make sure you compare at least 2 optical shop to do different lenses from the same Lab ( apples to apples ). So that price is the price accordingly. For example, Essilor lens type A in the optical HO with same type A in the optical CO.
